The first NBA preseason game between the Lakers and Brooklyn begins tomorrow, October 3.
Almost all leaders of the club from Los Angeles will not participate in the meeting. As Lakers head coach Frank Vogel announced the day before, LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Russell Westbrook and Trevor Ariza will miss the game against Brooklyn.
Lakers' star player Anthony Davis is expected to be on the floor in the first quarter, but will play only one quarter.
LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony and Trevor Ariza will miss the game as the club decided to let the players rest. Ariza will not play because of ankle pain.
